A beautiful copper colored beer type Altbier. As in Düsseldorf is brewed with a overgær, but at a slightly lower fermentation temperature of 17 degrees to decrease the fruity aromas, now it is a German-style beer. Aroma and flavor is characterized by a caramel sweetness and a slight fruitiness and a moderate bitterness. A soft and round beer.

Draught@CPH BF 2011. Amber colour, small off-white head. Aroma is metallic, yeasty andd rubbery along with some mild hops and earthy notes. Flavour is wood, some bready and sweet malts. A bunch of grass in the aftertaste.
