NorCal tasting Feb 07 - Interesting nose of marashino cherries, orange peel and coriander. A little phenolic as well. Appearance was hazy yellow, cloudy. Mouthfeel was smooth and clean. Flavors were coriander, orange peel and a little peppery. Nice beer.
