Tasted on tap at Brewpub. This Belgian wit pours a slightly hazy orange gold color. Medium sized white foamy head. The aroma is wheaty, fruit, coriander and orange peel. A medium bodied wit. The malts are fruity and sweet. The hops are slightly spicy. Very fruity with just enough coriander and orange peel to offset the fruitiness. Good balance. Nice carbonation. Mouthfeel is full. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly sweet.

Another great creation from Valley Brew. Kinda sounds like a broken record don't it? It's okay though, because they keep pumping out the great stuff, and we keep drinking it. The aroma on this beer is a fantastic aromatic mélange of juicy orange essence, herby corainder, and a bit of floral honey notes. Flavors are pretty much a match as the nose. Oranges, coriander, some light herbal and honey-like sweetness. Body is a hazy yellow color, light bubbles and a frothy one-finger white head. Fantastic, easy drinking beer.
