This juicy IPA was brewed with our friends over at Dirty Coast here in New Orleans. With their cheeky elegance of making light of the craziness that comes with living in New Orleans we couldn't think of anyone better to collaborate with on, perhaps, one of the craziest of endings to one of the most memorable Saints' season! As a city we were able to turn our bitterness into an incredible display of petty pride for the Boycott Bowl, we chose that inspiration for this beer and made a Juicy IPA with Pilsner, White Wheat and touch of Flaked Rye and Flaked Oat. We hopped this beer with Nelson Sauvin which leads the way with huge tropical fruits and bright citrus and finished it with El Dorado, Citra and Comet.
