We brewed up a special Double IPA with our good friends over at SaintCraftRadio Podcast in San Diego. We made this beer as a tribute to the throwback anthem of last season... we introduce, Hoppa Style!This Double IPA is layered with Malted Oats, White Wheat and a beautiful Colorado Pale Malt creating a soft and layered malt base that allows the hops to shine. We loaded the kettle with Cryo Mosaic and Comet giving off guava, mango and a sweet blueberry jam quality. We double dry hopped this beer on back to back days with Cashmere and New Zealand Waimea to help saturate the beer with even more hop flavor and aroma.
