Sampled at Upstream. Poured a clear dark copper color with a slight white head. Nice lacing. Aroma was pleasant and hoppy. Taste was bold and sweet. Hoppy throughout and an enjoyable bitter finish. A nice ESB.

09.30.05 GABF Tends away from balance in favor of hops. Unfortunately hoppiness does not translate to bitterness with this stuff. Sweet base tricks you into thinking it’s malty. Floral, papery, sweet.
