12oz can. Pours a dark brown black with a thin tan head that quickly goes to a thin collar.
The aroma is roasted chocolate malts and a little coffee and bready yeast.
The flavor is sweet chocolate malts, dark fruit, black licorice and dry roast bitterness in the finish. The mouthfeel is medium bodied and watery.
Overall, a nice dry stout - one of Upslope's better beers.
