Drumfusion, named after a classic by late drummer and bandleader Chico Hamilton, is a Belgian style IRA. We used a malty base and openly fermented the beer, pushing the saison yeast to produce lots of spicy notes to complement the mix of cascade, columbus, hallertauer, and willamette hops added to the kettle. Lightly dry-hopped with columbus and chinook, the Drumfusion is packed with aromas drinks with an appetizingly bitter edge. 6.7%

I guess IPA is as close as you can get to Belgian India Red Ale, but this is like no IPA you'll ever have. A healthy dose of citrus and pine but also very bready from the malt, darker, with hints of dryness and spice from the yeast. Good.
