A Classic North American IPA. A citrusy hop flavour and aroma from locally sourced Cascade and Centennial hops complimented by a subtly malty background. Golden in colour with a soft bitterness that is accessible for IPA newbies but still pleasing for hop-heads.

    Can from LCBO. Pours a massive frothy off white head and has a pale orangey appearance. Big thick dirty lacing. Lively carbonation. Aromas of earthy and herbal hops, bready malt, hints of caramel. Flavours are mild citrus, mostly mandarin and oranges, some bitterness. Something seems a bit off in it, aftertaste is diacetyl and metallic. Kind of turned off actually. Disappointing.
