This beer has evolved into our double IPA as we decided to boost it to 8.0%. We brewed, bottled and kegged this beer in Stowe, VT. It’s aggressively hopped in the whirlpool with six hop varieties, making it juicy and flavorful, but not too bitter. The malt bill contains a blend of Pilsner and Golden Promise, Munich, oats, and wheat contributing to a smooth mouthfeel.
