Rafraîchissante et douce, cette bière de blé s’illustre par son équilibre exquis de douces notes acidulées et fruitées d’abricot et d’agrumes. La chaude couleur « coucher de soleil » et le goût de l’abricot bien mûr font tout naturellement écho à l’une des meilleures bières de la planète.

Fairly clean, golden colour with an amber hue, a big white creamy head, good retention and lots of thicker, creamier lacing streaks. A fruity nose with the apricot essence, over the spicy Witbier base. The taste has the apricots, but milder, not as sweet. This shows a bit more of the Blanche de Chambly base. Gets a little hazier as it pours. Not a bad fruity, Witbier, but not one I would have two in a row.
