Very slight bacon aspect that you probably wouldn't recognize as such unless it said so on the can. that said, this was a pleasant brown ale, robust in flavor and smooth. Enjoyed, just not as bacon-y as i hoped :)

Tasted 3/9/2012. This brown ale pours a medium to dark brown color from a 16oz. can. Medium sized beige/tan head with decent retention. The aroma is malty, caramel, maple and sweet. A medium bodied brown ale. The malts are caramel, fruity and sweet, with a touch of maple and perhaps some bacon. The hops are earthy and herbal. Decent carbonation. Touch of nuttiness. Touch of bacon at the finish. Not sure what I was expecting and not sure that this is it. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly bitter.
