Pours opaque dark chocolate brown with a thick, frothy and persistent tan head. Aroma offers a strong note of evergreen hops supported by hay, roasted malt and subtle citrus notes. Flavor delivers bold piney hops, smoky roast malt, toffee, and a little grapefruit for one exceptional black IPA - my fave among styles. Mouthfeel features firm, viscous body if not too much effervescence. Rise and pine!
