500 ml capped bottle. Poured in the original Uberach stemmed glass an unfiltered and hazy golden-yellow coloured Witbier with a minimum light beige foamy head that had no retention at all and no micro bubbles. Soft carbonation. No lacing. The aroma is yeast, wheat malts, spicy, cloves and fruity, citrus. The flavour is yeast, wheat malts, herbs, rosmarin, spicy, cloves, chewing-gum and a coriander touch, fruity, citrus. The mouthfeel is crispy, sparkling and spicy. The texture is watery. This light bodied Witbier has a dry spicy finish. This Witbier is easy drinkable and could bring, I think, with more stuff in the same receipt, much more character.
