A malty, easy drinking pale ale brewed with honey from our own bees. Named after the Irish patron saint of beer, Brigid’s Ale is brewed in Kildare using barley grown and malted in Kildare. The beer has notes of caramel; and biscuit with appealing bitterness and is hopped to accentuate the floral aroma and flavour of the honey.
