This is a full flavored IPA with a pronounced hoppy finish that is created by adding Amarillo (when available) hops at the end of fermentation. This ale, the only ale in our lineup at the present time, will withstand the long voyage to your local bar or refrigerator. With an alcohol by volume of 7.5%, as our friend Polo would say, "Asusta me one time!" (Scare me one time)

Pours a hazy orange body with some yeast floaters abound. Decent head and lace, aromas and flavors gravitate towards the biscut and nutty malts with the citrus and piney hops coming around in the middle and having a slightly bitter finish. Decent balance but its a bit malt forward, not bad overall, the name and label are both kinda cool.
