Twain’s & Shmaltz Brewing Co. collaborate. Twain’s, Jordan and Darren have known each other for quite a while. This beer was brewed here at Twain’s using the recipe for Jewbelation 8. Color is deep amber-cola with a rich malt nose. Taste is balanced; sweet and roasted malts mingle and please. Pretty sneaky at 8% ABV.

Dark amber with a white head. Aroma contains some caramel, alcohol, and toffee. The flavor contains dark fruit, caramel, spices, some alcohol. The finish is rather sweet. Overall nice beer.
