The fifth edition of our One & One (single malt and single hop) session IPA series was brewed with 100% Maris Otter malt and Calypso hop mash. It is bright and dry, and brings a big punch of hop aroma, flavor and bitterness. The Calypso hop hash gives a uniquely fruity and resinous experience. It’s not one for the faint of hops!

Taps clear golden with a nice eggshell head. Aroma delivers nice hoppy, malty and pomme notes. Flavor features strong resiny hops, yeast, fruit and fresh malt character, crisp and enjoyable. Body and fizz are average, but finish is hoppy, yeasty and fruity. Enjoy!
