This iteration changes up the hops and increases the quantities. This time around we paired 2-row pale malt, Vienna and caravienne with Azacca, Cryo Azacca, Mackinac, and El Dorado and Verdant IPA yeast. The resultant is a bright juicy and tropical hop character full of pineapple, peach, mango, grapefruit, fruit punch which is rounded out and balanced off with a firm but smooth bitterness

Taps clear apple cider with a fair vellum head. Aroma presents resiny hops, sweet and tangy tangerine, a tropical hint. Flavor offers piney and slightly funky hops, tart grapefruit, zesty tangerine, a tropical bit. Texture adds nice body and peppy fizz. Be mad, be happy.
