Une bière qui nous emmène à la cabane à sucre, en collaboration avec o’Ryans. Des saveurs de fumée, caramel et sirop qui lui donnent ses allures d’érable. Une vraie gâterie s’il vous faut une dose de sirop d’érable ! In collaboration with o’Ryans. Flavours of wood smoke, toffee, and syrup define the maple character of this beer, bringing to mind a Canadian sugar shack. A true treat for anyone looking for their maple fix.

Second edition, I guess of this one (which I missed last year - reviewed May 2018). Pours a hazy amber colour with an off-white cap, average stay and light lace. Oh wow, smells like maple taffy on snow with some yeast in the background and mild banana notes from the wheat. The caramel base sweetens things as well. The flavours is maple, but not syrupy, more like sap with apples. Hints of nuttiness. Kind of refreshing actually. Quite impressed with this one for a maple wheat ale.
