High Fever AWARDED AS BEST BEER IN ORIGINAL ITALIAN STYLE ARTEBIRRA 2005 It has coppery amber reflections, and is a beer of historical importance, as it revisits a recipe dating back to 1600, a time when in many parts of Europe still used to flavor the beer with the "gruit", a mixture of plants and spices, then finally replaced by hops. High fever in addition to a small proportion of hops, involved 16 different plants in the aromatic structure. It follows an intense beer from all points of view, the strong character and herbaceous scent and balsamic. Refreshing and rewarding, to be matched with blue cheese or salami.
