330 ml capped bottle. Poured in a snifter an unclear dark-dark brown, close to black, coloured I A with half a finger tan foamy head that had a short retention and tons of micro bubbles. Soft carbonation. Some lacing. The aroma is powerful roasted coffee beans, roasted malts, cocoa powder and spicy, vanilla. The flavour is bitter and roasted coffee beans, roasted malts, dark bitter chocolate, spicy with a vanilla touch. The mouthfeel is crispy, thin and strong bitter. The texture is watery. This medium bodied I A has a lingering coffeish and bitter finish. A pure coffee bowl, without added sugar, not drunk at the breakfast, but all the day or in the evening long ! I agree !

a dry smooth stout. smells of chocolate, highly roasted coffee. flavor is sweetish and semi-bitter with a nice smooth finish. not bad at all. not elite, but pleasing in every way. light for an "imperial"

Bottle: Poured a black color stout with a light medium brown foamy head with average retention and not much lacing. Aroma of medium dry espresso with light roasted malt also noticeable. Taste is a nice enough mix between some espresso coffee and light roasted malt. Body is too thin for style with adequate carbonation and no apparent alcohol. Not bad overall but hard to compare when you taste so many huge IS; this one seems a bit thin in terms of body and taste.
