The Trois Dames Bise Noire is back, but with a recipe ensuring a better match with the rest of our range. A black ale with the solid backing of a special mix of malts, designed to give it the fulness, roundness and presence needed for a winter beer, yet steering clear of being sickly sweet. The Bise Noire is brewed from September to March. It draws 7,2 %, so caution is advised.
