Pours barely translucent apricot with a thick and frothy snow-white head. Aroma produces piney and mainly woody hops, zesty citrus, a tart and sweet tropical underpinning. Flavor delivers piney hops, juicy and zesty tangerine and grapefruit with a little pineapple, hints of fresh malt and grass. Texture brings good smooth body and peppy fizz. This is the Caballero way.
