Featuring a grist comprised of a serious dose of both malted and flaked wheat, we hit this one with Citra and Strata both for a saturated fruit forward hop character. We find impressions of bright floral passionfruit, grapefruit juice zest, juicy fruit gum, and the slightest suggestion of dank pine and sage. We don’t rebrew many newer beers these days for a multitude of reasons. Our chosen path of refining what we do has allowed us to concentrate our efforts on nailing down the worthwhile beers we hold dear… but every now and again, something interesting catches our interest and back down the rabbit hole we go once more

Pours translucent apricot with a fair ivory head. Aroma produces dank hops, sweet orange, tropical hints. Flavor yields dank piney hops, tangy orange and grapefruit, subtle pineapple. Texture features nice body and lively fizz. Ever been whitewater rafting?
