Pours a clear golden with a thin eggshell head. Aroma is mainly pear with a little malt, not strong. Flavor is crisp and malty, considerably better than what the wan aroma promises,with just a snippet of hops. Texture is fairly firm and fizzy. A refreshing Kolsch, great after a long and arduous drive.
