My first Trinty brew tried 3/19/09. Aroma of fruits, caramel malts, and vague hints of chocolate showing up. Body was kinda dark for the style, but it was clear, head was thin with hardly any lace. Flavor was a little malty, with hints of chocolate, and it had an o.k. finish. Overall it was a decent brew, but the aroma was the highlight of this beer for me.
