Pours hazy apricot that is translucent on the sides while nearly opaque at the core. Thick, ivory head is frothy and fairly persistent. Aroma yields fresh banana, zesty pineapple, piquant citrus, resiny hops and tangy raw malt. Flavor presents all these while adding some fruity sweetness and a touch of hoppy bitterness and wood. Texture provides firm, creamy texture and jazzy fizz. Rise with this helix!
