At the request of you hopheads, we produced this I.P.A. with a deep golden color, plenty of hop bitterness balanced by malt sweetness. Because of the extensive dry hopping, there's a floral and citrus hop finish. It's then lightly filtered to maintain the appropriate body and flavor. The beer features a combination of American grown malts to balance the large amount of hops. The IPA also uses six hop varieties at three different times and measures in at 6.7%abv. Food pairings; As a pre-dinner drink (hops are a great appetite stimulant), heartier fare, spicy foods, pizza, pub grub.

    Aroma: 8 | Appearance: 6 | Mouthfeel: 6 | Flavor: 6 | Overall: 6

Comes out of the can a hazy honey golden, barely transparent, with a very thick and rather persistent buff head. Aroma is typically hoppy for an IPA with a fruity underpinning. Hoppy flavor is slightly bitter, with a subtle fruity undertone, nothing special but still pleasing. Mouthfeel is a bit thin and not very fizzy. If only average, still palatable.
