a clear golden-orange, not at all opaque, a little foam, it smelled grany oranges, citrus, and coriande. in mouth it's sparkly, i found grany , citrus, aciditic and spicy feeling, a little biterness, a good sensation. not a pilsner, it had a strong character.

330 ml capped bottle. Poured an unfiltered and almost opaque golden-orange coloured brew with half a finger beige foamy head that had a long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Sustained carbonation. Some lacing. The aroma is grainy malts, juicy fruits, oranges, grapefruits, spicy, vanilla and floral hops. The flavour is grainy malts, cereals, yeast, aciditic fruits, oranges, grapefruits, pineapples, herbal notes and floral hops. The mouthfeel is fizzy, quite thin and hoppy bitter. The texture is watery. This medium bodied brew has a fruity and spicy finish. If the brewer announced a " cervesa d'estil Pilsner ", this brew is definitively not a Pilsener ( unfiltered, yeasty, overwhelmed by fruits and spices . It's in fact a Belgian Ale and ... a pretty drinkable one !
