A select combination of malted wheat and barley lend this ale a light aroma with a hint of citrus, giving it a tart and refreshing palate. A light hopping makes this an excellent summer beer. Granery Wheat is bottled both as filtered (North American) and unfiltered (European) forms. Trafalgar releases the beer in late spring and makes it available until late fall.

Don't know why they bothered with this effort....thin. no proper hefe yeast used...no hefe or wit character descernable...weal aroma of cooked cereal ...thin and flavorless....overly filtered (not clouded)...pale straw color, weak heading....an overal dead loss as a beer...I've made better when I homebrewed my first batch of hefe without heffeweiss yeast.
