Named after the pipe organ in the Fox Theatre, this double IPA packs a punch. We squeezed every last drop of juice out of the more than 100 pounds of hops used in making this beer. Pilsner malt and dextrose provide a clean malt backbone allowing the hops to shine.

Taps clear topaz with a minimal eggshell head. Aroma features resiny hops and a hint of malt. Flavor delivers resiny but not bitter hops, fresh malt, and hints of orange and butterscotch. Mouthfeel offers average body and nice fizz. Taste the music!
