Once a year we have the pleasure of brewing a fresh hopped version of our flagship West Coast IPA. Fresh Mosaic hops were flown in overnight just hours after being picked in Washington State. Huge notes of blueberry, citrus and mango dominate the aroma and flavor.

Taps clear topaz with a nice ivory head. Aroma yields resiny hops, tangy citrus and fresh malt. Flavor gives fresh hops, resiny in the way only fresh hops can be, plus sweet and tart citrus, fresh malt, and a tropical hint. Texture delivers good body, lively fizz, and a fresh hop finish. Those hops musta been right off the vine!
