Our hop supplier hooked us up with an experimental hop variety from New Zealand known as NZ107. We used this beautiful hop heavily during dry hopping. Notes of papaya, mango, and melon burst from the glass.

Aroma: 8 | Appearance: 9 | Mouthfeel: 8 | Flavor: 9 | Overall: 9
Taps hazy, barely translucent honey with a good parchment head that leaves generous lacing. Aroma presents funky, resiny hops plus tangy, slightly sweet orange and fresh malt. Flavor delivers funky, piney hops, tangy and sweet orange and maybe a bit of tangerine, zesty fresh malt. Texture features firm body, lively fizz, and a funky piney hop finish. WHAM!
