This zeelicious single hop IPA showcases the rare Nelson Sauvin hop from New Zealand. Delightfully confusing aromas of citrus and mandarin oranges give way to an incredibly complex body of earth tones and marigolds. This is truly unlike any hop you’ve ever tasted. ZeeLander is part of the TG Hop Patrol Series of aggressively hopped IPAs that showcase individual hop varieties and complex blends.

Picked up a bunch of these on a recent trip to Iowa. Pours a cloudy amber color with a small white head. Looks a bit like unfiltered apple juice. No lacing. Mango, grapefruit, floral aromas with a hint of pine and spearmint. Tropical fruit, white grape juice (wine?), citrus and pine on the tongue. Crisp and refreshing. Almost has a chewiness to it, which is surprising for a beer with a 5.5% abv. Super unique and quite a treat. This is my second beer with the Nelson Sauvin hops and this beer comes recommended for IPA lovers looking to trying something very different, yet very delicious. Can't wait for my next road trip to Iowa.

In a growler from the Casanova in Hudson Wisconsin. Pours a very clear light yellow amber with a 2 finger sudsy head that takes its damned time going down. Aroma is very fruity and hoppy. Fairly dry to the nose as well. taste has the dryness of an IIPA but without the burn of the alcohol. Fruity hops and pine are very evident. Very creamy body and slides down nicely. Finishes off chewy and slightly dry. All the qualities of a Dreadnaught or Abrasive but with a lower alcohol content. Very nice.
