Our Rover Truck Oatmeal Stout is a smooth, easy ride. Roasty, almond aroma, hints of dry chocolate with a mild but chewy oatmeal body.

Pours coffee sable with a thick, though not long-lasting, tan head. Aroma delivers oaty, smoky, roast malt, cocoa, coffee and earthy tones. Flavor provides roast malt, oatmeal, chocolate, coffee, smoky and earthy notes. Texture adds nice body and perky fizz. Ride the Rover Truck.

Black opaque pour with a tiny head the disappears within minutes. Roasted malt, coffee and chocolate aromas. Roast malt and coffee lead the flavors with hints of chocolate and roasted almonds. Not picking up much of the oatmeal. Mouthfeel is a bit thin for a stout. Overall, pretty tasty and an easy drinker.

Growler from the Nova in Hudson Wisconsin. Pours a pitch black with a 2 finger light brown head that takes its sweet ass time going down. No light shall pass. Aroma is chocolatey and heavily roasted like an oatmeal stout should be. Taste is extremely thick with heavy roasts and dark chocolate. The oatmeal texture is very nice. Slight booziness to it but does not hurt it any. Slight burn. Aftertaste is typical of stouts. Very nice.
