A winning combination of Golden Promise malt and Nugget hops form the backbone of this delightfully sessionable IPA. This perfectly balanced IPA is something you will want to share with fellow beer prospectors! The recipe was written for a local hop lover, who made a generous donation of locally grown Nugget hops. Pine and citrus aromas abound, this flavorful IPA has an easy body and a lingering finish that craves the next drink. Dry-hopped to the extreme and extremely pleasing. If you love this IPA thank Bryan!

Pours clear golden with a fairly thick eggshell head. Aroma features resiny hops and tangy citrus tones. Flavor features evergreen and slightly bitter hops plus a little citrus and a little fresh hops. Mouthfeel presents typical body and fizz. Still, a nugget of good beer. I used to have a car named Nugget, a yellow Toyota Corolla.

16 oz can. Pours hazy golden orange with a big bubbly white head that retains well
The aroma is sweet bready malt with soft tropical fruit and some grassy piney hops.
The flavor is sweet bready malt with spicy floral hops. The mouthfeel is medium to full bodied with smooth carbonation.
Overall, a decent IPA. I'm not really liking the hop flavor profile though. -

Recently paid a trip to the brewery and had this on top. Review is from a can. Pours a gold/amber color with a small white head that leaves some sporadic lacing. Melon, citrus, mainly grapefruit, fresh cut flowers and a hint of pine. Tastes as it smell, but citrus leads the flavor parade with the melon following behind. Does not have your typical bitter IPA finish. Smooth and refreshing. I could drink a bunch of these. Another Toppling Goliath beer that lives up to the hype. Worth trying. I only wish this beer was available closer to where I live.

The world needs more of this, a draught version of a close to English style IPA. A shimmering golden pour with a white head. Grainy malt, some spice, and hops make up the aroma. Flavour is indeed well balanced between the malt and the hops. A very good beer.

On-tap at Red's Alehouse North Liberty, iA. Golden pour with a nice, , white head. Nice lacing on the glass that sticks. Hops aroma is instant. Grapefruit and citrus along some floral hops. Smell about the same ast the taste, you get the hoppy flavor with grapefruit and orange. Bitter at the end. Easy drinking and a refreshing ipa.
