For this beer, we took everything about more hops and took it to the extreme. Like more hops, this intensely hoppy double IPA uses a quadruple dry hop and copious amounts of lupulin powder, just a lot more of everything than its little brother.

    Aroma: 8 | Appearance: 8 | Mouthfeel: 8 | Flavor: 8 | Overall: 9

Pint can pours with a brackish opaque copper body that has a brown core, thin gold edges and supports a thin white head of foam. The aroma offers up cantaloupe and guava blended with pineapple and grapefruit. The taste delivers a pleasing and integrated blend of pineapple, grapefruit, clementine and a bit of guava heading into increasingly bitter grapefruit, grass and tea to mint like hops. Toward the finish a modest bitter flowery guava sensation also bubbles to the surface. Pretty nice.
