Our hoppiest beer to date, brewed with ludicrous amounts of Simcoe, Citra, Amarillo, Eureka!, and Denali hops and supplemented with pure, steam distilled hop oils. Named after the aroma coming out of the kettle after our insane whirlpool hop addition, if there was a real fruit named “Dank Fruit,” it would smell exactly like what we experienced on the brew day. Hoppy, hazy, juicy, and extremely aromatic.

    Aroma: 8 | Appearance: 8 | Mouthfeel: 9 | Flavor: 9 | Overall: 9

32oz growler pours with a glowing opaque pappery gold copper body that supports a light tan head of foam. The aroma pulses with mango, cantaloupe, strawberry, apricot and then some hop spiciness. The taste delivers a terrific blend of juicy citrus and tropical fruity hop flavor as well as modestly bitter citrus and danky hop spiciness. I get basically the same notes noted in the nose such as cantaloupe, strawberry, apricot and then tangerine. To midway and into the finish mild resiny notes of dank spiciness and grassiness feebly bubble to the surface amid the persistent juiciness and smooth and just rich enough palate. Another dandy one from this fine brewery.
