    Aroma: 10 | Appearance: 7 | Mouthfeel: 8 | Flavor: 7 | Overall: 7

750 ml capped bottle. Poured in the original Toccalmatto snifter an unfiltered and slight hazy straw-gold coloured Wit with half a finger slightly beige foamy head that had a mid-sized retention and tons of micro bubbles. Low carbonation. Poor lacing. The aroma is wheat malts, aromatic floral hops, aciditic fruits, lemon and notes of honey. The flavour is mild wheaty malts, cereals, aciditic fruits, lemon, citrus, grapefruits, herbal notes. The mouthfeel is slight crispy, fizzy and sparkling. This light bodied Wit has a dry aciditic fruity and slight bitter finish. An easy drinkable With from North Italia.
