Our Scandinavian-inspired winter ale features European Pilsner and Munich malts along with a dose of malted rye for spiciness. We added juniper berries and piney aroma hops to complement the rich malts.

Dammit, I'm not supposed to be having anything with juniper berries in it, but this was fantastic. Dark reddish black colour. Head is small because I had this on cask. Aroma is fresh, fruity, raisins, and cranberries on the nose. Taste is similar, so delicious and so balanced. Way to go guys.
