Fourth of July, feels like 110 and I cant do any brewing, summer is here if not climate change. No one comes out of their air conditioned building until after sunset. If you stand in one place too long the sunblock you put on starts to melt on the side of your face facing the sun. With that in mind time for a good summer beer and this is a pretty good one. A nice dry snap for a twist to your typical farmer ale. Good head even in a 4 oz glass. The belgian yeast is there but its not overpowering the flavor of the beer. Goes down good cold and better at room temperature which only takes about 1 minute on a day like today.
