This golden-orange Belgian-style summer ale features complex fruit-and-spice character supported by soft malt. Light-bodied and refreshing with thirst-quenching acidity and a long, dry finish. Made with American wheat, British oats, German barley, Wisconsin honey, and a famous Belgian yeast strain.

Fourth of July, feels like 110 and I cant do any brewing, summer is here if not climate change. No one comes out of their air conditioned building until after sunset. If you stand in one place too long the sunblock you put on starts to melt on the side of your face facing the sun. With that in mind time for a good summer beer and this is a pretty good one. A nice dry snap for a twist to your typical farmer ale. Good head even in a 4 oz glass. The belgian yeast is there but its not overpowering the flavor of the beer. Goes down good cold and better at room temperature which only takes about 1 minute on a day like today.
