Youngblood is a Concord Grape Saison. Brewed with pilsner malt and raw red wheat. Hopped with just a touch of Saaz. Fermented in our open top oak fermentors over 140lbs of local Concord grapes, then conditioned for many moons in stainless steel. Notes of overripe strawberry, mixed berry jam, brisk minerality, and cotton candy.
