Brewed in June 2017 with Sante Adairius. Constructed atop a malt base of spelt and oats, hopped lightly with Callista, and fermented with TH saison yeast. Once primary fermentation subsided it was transferred to stainless steel dish bottom tanks atop Lancaster County Montmorency cherries from Ben Wenk and apricot puree.
