Sammi Curr is a dark Saison brewed with Pilsner malt, wheat, and midnight wheat. Lightly hopped with Mosaic. Fermented first in our open top oak puncheons at our BrewCafe and then blended with mature Chardonnay barrel fermented Saison in stainless steel. Halloween party release
