To celebrate Baroness’s new record, Purple, we created a beautiful new Saison named Purple. Purple (the beer) is a blend of mature Saison (brewed with purple basil, fermented with our Emptiness yeast, and then conditioned atop locally grown Italian plums... Which were purple) and young oak aged Saison which we fermented atop homegrown wine grapes.
