Crushable Citrus IPA. Imagined and composed in collaboration with Jesse from Interboro Spirits & Ales in Brooklyn. Brewed with Pilsner malt, as well as raw and malted wheat. Lightly acidified with lemon juice in the kettle, and fermented with a blend of a Kolsch type yeast and a classic American ale yeast. Dry hopped with Galaxy, Crystal, Cascade, and Amarillo.
