Enclosed Entity is a bright and fluffy Saison. Fermented with a blend of our Magickal Saison yeast and our Emptiness culture. As primary fermentation slowed, we tossed in heaps of pungent papaya purée. The resulting beer is incredibly vibrant and dripping with ripe white peach, tart pink grapefruit, and just real nice classic peppery Saison notes. Brewed at our precious BrewCafé in April 2017.
