Blended hoppy Saison. Brewed with spelt and Pa wildflower honey. Assertively dry-hopped with Cascade. Fresh and zippy Boogie Board was then blended with a mature barrel fermented saison (4 months old) that was bone dry and showing a bright citric/pineapple acidity. Summer in a glass.
