Saddle Up is in the New England style of hazy/juicy but with a dry kick. We've replaced the pinch of sweet you'd come to expect from your typical NE style IPA and went with a slightly lower mash temp to dry out the back end. A solid bittering backbone followed by loads of fresh pineapple, ripe mango & grapefruit jumping from the can and filling the room with juice.
